I describe it as the best series you wouldn't recommend to someone. It's pretty decent but can be juvenile at times. Alot of mind control towards the end, and as I've said before, Embryo the main antagonist likes to brainwash girls through multiple orgasms, which really caught alot of people off guard.

The main plot without spoilers is that a utopia was built with magic, but some girls can't use magic, and so they arrest them and force them to fight invading dragons
