Lenna Charlotte Tycoon is a character from Final Fantasy V; she's the royal princess of the Kingdom of Tycoon and one of your teammates who journeys with you to stop the overuse of the Elemental crystals, as doing so causes them to shatter, thus causing natural disasters in and around the world. She's sweet but strong willed, willing to risk her life to save her kingdom and the world over all.
Based on the stars overtop her head, I'd say she's afflicted by the 'confused' status effect; that's often used as a mind control trope in Final Fantasy MC artwork, though there does exist a 'charm' Status as well.
