I remember this image (the source, anyway)! It was one of the first few I ever saw =P She just looks so happy :')

Also, isn't this safe? Like, not questionable? There is no explicit material at ALL in it, just a pokemon kneeling, essentially.

I don't quite know what I was thinking. However, she is mostly naked. Will still change it to safe, however.

Well if you wanna get technical the "dress" is actually just a part of Gardevoir's natural organic desgin, so technically no matter what Gardevoir is ALWAYS naked. And that goes for all pokemon :P
