I actually like the body design but yeah, they went way overboard with his facial features, its like were they trying to go for a more sympathetic villain by making him as humanoid as possible while adding in elements from the original design because that's the only way people would be able to tall who this robot is.

The weird thing is that Ant-Man's Yellowjacket was way closer to Ultron's normal design and personality than Ultron was.

I think if they had switched the two villains Avengers 2 would have been a better film (although Ant-Man might have suffered)
