Also, this reminds me of an EMCSA story where three women are brainwashed by underwear covered in spirals. Brainwasher was a raging women-hater though, so it was kind of a boner killer.

Yeah, that is what it's called, and Vivi Nefertari is a character from the manga One Piece. She's semi-well-known for at one point performing a bellydance in a top with black and white concentric circles as an attempted distraction. Needless to say, this gives her some fans in this community.
