No. It was deleted due to the fact the hypnosis, while maybe evident to those who follow this artist, was very, VERY unclear. On it's own this image just didn't meet the standards of the site as determined by Quality Control.

With no context looking at this image I do not think "Hypnosis" I think "Generic Evil Henchman". Since the hypnosis doesn't come from the source material (if it's been Nighthowler pellets it'd have been different) the image, or image set, needs to get the hypnosis across on it's own merits. Last time this image was posted it, again, had no context. It was sent to QC and they scrapped it.
NOW it is a part of a set and the previous image very clearly establishes the hypnosis.
