Thank you. Artine is the artist. It's my concept and the comic is being sketched up and scripted by me - but artine is the one with the final art and therefore gets credit for the style.
The artist tags are for people who work on the actual post itself, e.g. artist or manipper. It's just so that people can see exactly what they want when they find an artist they like, they can search the tag and see all their other work.
If a we made a "commissioner" tag, it might not be consistent (e.g. someone commissioning different characters from different sources and artists), so it wouldn't help much.
If it's a commission, it's better to just tag a name for an OC followed by your name, e.g. "char:Artelind_Zela_(112947)"; it's a consistent tag that would show a user something specific.
