If it makes you feel any better. I tried to add some effects to it, but I couldn't duplicate font into a new layer with GIMP. AND, the green text is supposed to be a connected trigger.

The blue-colored text was supposed to be connected to the emotion of sadness.
And the white text was supposed to be connected to the feeling of hope. Free-From-Troubles. That's happiness.
But I couldn't get the text to not be harder to read because of the color blending in with the golden flowers.

I just didn't want the text getting in the way of any of the actual art. And putting in black borders to add text there doesn't make the image as influencing.

- Right click on Text Layer -> "Alpha to selection"
- Layer -> New Layer
- Select -> Grow (2px)
- Edit -> Fill with FG Color (FG Color should probably be black in this case)

Now you need to drag the newly created layer under the text layer which will result in a black outline around the text and instantly increase the readability of the text. It should look something like this: hypnohub.net/post/show/27962

I think an issue here is that large yellow spirally stuff has obliterated most of the available negative space to place the text in, you left yourself mostly with the flowerbed, which is less than ideal because it's a busier surface and too close in color to the text you chose. [and with it being a fairly spindly font, it's easier for it to get lost anyway.]

[That and the fact you had to explain what each of the text colors signifies is kind of a sign that the idea doesn't translate that well by itself? Maybe just the 'trigger' or the mood texts, but both at once seems a bit of a reach for clarity. I did think the message in green was a nice in character touch though, just wouldn't have picked up on it without reading the comments.]
