In my opinion, it should be "manyakis", since he uses Manyakis for porn.

Whenever an artist maintains a pseudonym for their NSFW work, I think it's important to try and use that pseudonym in connection with their porn. This helps protect people searching for their safe for work material from stumbling on something pornographic accidentally, and makes it more likely that the artist will continue to feel comfortable making NSFW material (this is in general, not necessarily applicable to Mike Inel).

I also think it's helpful for people who first come across his work (or that any artist using a pseudonym for their porn) here and want to find more, since he maintains a separate blog (manyakisart.tumblr.com/) and Patreon (www.patreon.com/Manyakis) for his NSFW material.
