I'm just gonna put my two cents here. All fetishes are ok as long as they are not harmful to the practitioner's overall health and are completely consensual. And yes, hypnosis can be performed consensually. That's kind of just the overall rule to healthy sexual activities. Now enjoying the fetish without actually practicing it is a whole other ethical topic in general. It boils down to as long as no one is harmed, then it's fine.
