Overall, qualitywise, it is not done badly at all, but I question if this is hypno and if the hypno is done well.

Decided to look into this myself. There's no editing done to the gif at all so, it's not a manip. there's some kind of corruption in the actual episode but the context isn't here. I say remove it since it's most likely a troll post and this gif has no real place here.

While I admit I have been delighting in the responses, I uploaded it after stumbling across the gif just because I figured we collected all content involving mind control here, regardless of how much loathing we might hold for the source.
I'd assumed the ring eyes were enough (They were for me when I first saw the gif and went "wait, there's an MC episode?"), but I suppose it does kind of lack the context.

I don't really think it deserves deletion, but also I don't really mind if it does go.

Also, how were people thinking it was a manip when I put a video source right there. :s
