I mean, there is a pretty clear difference between Morrowind and Fallout 4.

I am sick of all this Other M hate people give. There are reasons she was acting that way, one is because she had just went through a traumatic experience (the baby metroid being killed right in front of her) To her Adam was something she could latch onto until she recovered emotionally. The other reason, is due to their past, she has alot of respect for him, so it was also out of respect. She knew that he was someone she could trust, and used that as a way to help herself get through that rough time. If anything, it actually shows Samus has emotions and more personality than just "badass buttkicker". She has emotions, she can have breakdowns, she can be strong at times, and she can be weak at times if anything, I honestly have to praise the depiction of Samus in Other M, due to actually giving her a character outside of being a buttkicker. Seriously I hate the whole "Adam's permision" jokes.

...*sigh* sorry. Just....something I have been needing to get off my chest for a while. Honestly if she just brushed the baby Metroid dying off as if it was nothing...I would have listed her on a list of characters I hate. But instead she is going through a post traumatic stress situation because she actually cared for that thing as if it were here own child. Put yourself in her boots. How would you feel if your dear child was killed right infront of you. Would you just not care or would it cause you grief?

The whole stuff about being a mom and Ridley....fine, I will give the critics those, but people need to understand, that Samus was portrayed as a real person. As I said if she just went like "Well...that baby metroid is dead...oh well" and just treated it like nothing...it would not have made her look like a badass....it would have made her look like an irredeemable bitch who has no empathy for others.
