AGREED.

That is one thing that's immensely hot, to me. I mean, everyone around here already well knows by now I have a panty fetish, but that "half complete" look to clothing drives me crazy (in a good way).

T-shirts or sweaters without pants especially when you can see just a bit of underwear, or just rests tantalizingly on the hips, with everything below just being uncovered legs is a gigantic turn-on for me.
