Or, again, saying she can't think straight could just mean "really good orgasm", since it's a pretty common figure of speech. And frankly with this style, I don't think it's possible to tell if the eyes are due to hypno, or just that's the way the art is drawn.
The eyes are technically empty (and a different color than her usual). And her words can easily be taken as implying some sort of MC.
Eh. It's very borderline, but I don't see a problem in keeping it. One of those times I'm willing to just go, "Well, it's close enough." At least I can see why people would see it as MC, even if I don't see it that way personally.
As for quality, it looks alright to me. Her feet and lower legs seem a little...off, but nothing major. I think it's a trick of the perspective the image is drawn in, though. If you look at the shading, it implies that her body, legs, and feet are twisting.
