When it makes sense contextually. There hasn't been any situation yet that makes sense for a zombie walk pose to be used. I imagine probably something involving the possession spell might end up with a zombie walk pose maybe.

It's a special spell; you get it if you enslave Sarah's mom. The "spell" allows you to command her to possess people.
