Because it's not Connie, it's wrongly tagged as her. Whoever uploaded these left out the first frame where she's identified as a regressed Priyanka

I can't ignore a message I wasn't even aware of in the first place because I haven't even watched the show, that's hardly calling anything out. Only modern cartoon I've watched is Gravity Falls.
