It's not overly obvious, but text itself explains that she + other girls were essentially brainwashed from watching a porno. Now they all act like sluts it seems.

If it were a manip I'd find it kinda lazy for just minimum amount of text to explain it, but given how it's an original work from a regular artist here I don't mind it as much.

Japan also has laws about age of consent. It's 16 (I think) and since she watched the video in 8th grade, she it's probably not old enough.
