What happened to actually explaining your flag reason?
I mean, "Anatomy" could mean any number of things - and I personally don't see anything actually wrong with the image. You should be more specific, if you're even serious at all.

This train of logic would also support the idea that they did just that given there is nothing pointing out to where they have issues with the photo. I get the line art is wavy but you can still tell what is what can you not?
