Dunno what the context is of Valeera doing this to Van Cleef, but she usually doesn't have glowing green eyes so I'm gonna assume some kind of mind control or corruption is going on here.

And of course by glowing eyes in the tag I mean Van Cleef as much as Valeera.

Despite how well done this pic is, all Blood elves have glowing green eyes (Valeera), so I definitely don't think it's mind control

Van Cleef is the one being MC'ed though - her eyes look like they're at least glowing slightly, possibly a different color than they normally are but I'm not sure.

I think we could say she is under the control of the fel or a demon so we can keep a pretty pictures up. I've always known blood elf were kinky as hell :P

valeera is possessed/controled by a demon in the books / comic. So she is often not in control of her own actions.
Surprised that we don`t have more of her since she is most likely mced in hearthstone
