She was the teacher in Gohan and Videl's class who only made a few extremely minor appearances. I was honestly unaware she even had a name, unless the name was just made up by the artist.

I checked the dbz wiki and it had no pages with the name catherine

Yeah, I checked the list of tertiary characters and she's listed as Miss Hamilton.
That's odd, I remember that in the samples for Ligh Rate Port Pink's DBZ doujin that never came out, he also called her Catherine, maybe he really did just make up her name.
I'll change the tag to Miss Hamilton just to be sure.
