Did any of you play the game? Hypno are absolutely everywhere in Alola, whereas all of the other hypnomon hardly make an appearance.

I beat it a while back. I know there's plenty of Hypno, doesn't mean we can't spruce it up a bit. I've been in this fetish for yonks, and since day 1 Hypno has been around forever and ever. Just thought maybe the inclusion of all these new ones might inspire some new ideas. I don't really care either way, we've already had a few nice Salazzle pictures.

Really? because I am a good ways in and have about 2/3rds of the new parts of the pokedex caught (about half of the trials/kahunas) and haven't seen a hypno or a drowzee at all, aside from one overworld one in a store.

Meanwhile, while i haven't gotten it yet, there is a pair of pokemon who's pokedex entries are explicitly about them mind-controlling people.

Seriously guys there's like eight new explicitly hypno mons

Salandit & Salazzle
Sandygasst & Pallossand
Morelull & Shiinotic
Niheligo
Pheromosa

There's also Tapu Lele and Fini that may or may not have to do with it too. I guess since Hypno is the only explicitly male-looking one it gets all the art.
