Doesn't look the best, but the last time I asked for a quality flag someone came up with a reason for why it shouldn't be flagged so I'll just let the mods decide (or whoever comes up with a good reason)
It's ok if an image isn't perfect. If you read the rules, anything worse than <<hypnohub.net/post?tags=brokenteapot+ | Brokenteapot>> is about the level where you'd want to start calling quality into question, and I think most people would agree this image is a much better quality than that, art wise.
The other use of the quality flag is for when an image is technically poor i.e. a shittily compressed jpg or poorly scanned paper image. Note: aliased (pixel-y) lines are NOT a reason for flagging; that can be a stylistic choice.

Would that pretty much break the effect as it just keeps vanishing?

So the question is what happens to the effect when the pendulum crosses into the point where she cannot see it due to missing an eye? From the perspective it looks like it might aligned to the good eye but if 's aiming to be near center-line it might just be swinging to her right then vanishing very frequently as it crosses her vision limit

try closing one eye and looking at a pendulum, I bet you will have no problems following it ;)
