I'm determined and made a change a very minuscule change but this should be in the area of the rules so once again do what you will also some one please point me to the rules page because I can't find it at all

The only way to find the rules (or even that we have them without being told) is to hit the "wiki" link at the top, and they're in there.
Why anyone would ever be expected to click the "wiki" link in the first place, I don't know.

Did you just upscale the image and call it "a higher resolution pic?" At least run it through waifu2x or something.

Well I'm sorry if I don't know the inner workings of this site also who ever put ms paint was wrong I used the wrong image in post the first time this time I used the right image

The resolution of the image you posted is 640x1136, the original image is 1280x1536.

Ok just to clear everything up I edited the picture on an iPhone 5 so of course it is going to be smaller than the original,but the first post i made of the picture was one the wrong version of the picture, two very small, and three blurry so I took it down and posted this the right version picture the one that's isn't small and blurry. Why? Because the auto save function on the painting software I use for some reason makes a smaller and blurry copy of the picture and so the only way to get the correct picture with it is to "post it" on the the photo album. Sorry if I sound annoyed but the flag and all the people complaining about the resizeing and size of the picture really got on my nerves which by the way I don't mind criticism it's just the continuation of the same criticism that everyone has said before just bugs me so again sorry and those are some answers to the repeated criticism is the size of the pic

While this may be resized, it's not the first time we've allowed resized manips on account of there not being a full sized version of the manip.

Ah, yay! That's been a bugbear to me since I first found out that we did, in fact have rules, but when I'd suggested doing something like this it seemed to get passed over.
I'd figured it was just more of the "We can't easily change the site's workings" stuff. Thankyou for finally fixing that!
