Mikan slips into an ecstasy of Despair as other females from the series - (Starting at the top and going clockwise: Hiyoko, Mukuro, Chisa, Ibuki, Junko, and Akane) - use their feet to molest, squish, step, and more to Mikan's mostly nude body.
