One of them can also be used to describe well trained house pets, the other cannot.

I'd say effectively very little, but then I may be wrong.

I imagine domestication is standard taking care of the house and family sort of deal, while Stepfordization not only cranks that up to eleven, but also makes the victim a 50's style wife, complete with sundress, super feminine and happy attitude at all times

I feel that between the feminization, domestication, and stepfordization tags, SOMETHING must be unnecessary.
