This is Ferby the Gengar, a character i came up with in an RP with :notmolo.deviantart.com/:. He's a hard worker with a bad habit of smoking. He wants to quit, not for his health, he's a ghost so it doesn't affect his health, he wants to quit because it's expensive. He's a business man who prides himself on his decision making and doing his due diligence. He takes nothing for granted and has worked hard for everything, and conducts himself as a professional in everything he does. Ferby fights his gengar nature to act silly and pull pranks so that he's seen as competent and so his business partners take him seriously, but he has the occasional relapse. Nevertheless, he's built himself up into a successful business-gengar.
All of that certainly doesn't mean he's immune to some hypnosis. Someone's exploiting that fact here as they wash his ghostly brain and make him a dumb, obedient, and happy little gengar for a while. He'll enjoy not having to think for a day... or month or two...

What is with the "text"? It is completely unreadable. And the amount of leftover pixels around the outlines are distracting.
