It's hand drawn. No tools were and can't be used on it. I'm sorry it's not perfect, but it's the best I can do. If it's the size, I'm not sure how I'll edit it

IMO, this would look lot better if you turn its big red thick lips into something like :3 's lips (like just line only).

One way you could have drawn it better (this isn't needed, in my opinion, but for future reference) would've been to trace over a screenshot of the face of the character in question. The jaw looks a bit wonky, even for a character that is literally a humanoid bunny rabbit.

One of these days, I'm going to by a tablet or something for my computer so I can draw a little better than this. It's kinda hard to draw with a ruler since it's on a 3DS. Thanks for the feedback.

This was drawn on a 3DS? Damn... I didn't know this high of quality was possible on a 3DS. Sure, the wonky jaw is a bit off-putting, but overall it's quite well made. (Though I do agree with dfrgh. The lips are a bit much with this pic.)
