By this site's stupid ass rules, this is neither furry nor animals_only. (If you want to blacklist pictures like this, you need to blacklist "bestiality pokemon".)

Yeah, I was wondering why we don't have an animal tag...animals_only implies that it's only animals, and furry does not describe an animal. But idk much about tagging though...

Too specific, Pokemon are animals and in many cases with human characteristics.
Furry and Animals only are fine.
