I always wanted to do one of this character-charts-something one time, with a little bit cringe and all.
So the thing is 2 weeks ago I was working on a request featuring Kaa'lin and my oc here to then suddenly got the message that the file became corrupt, with no hope to get it back, like 6-7 hours to the drain, and I was about to finish that one DDDD: So after a couple of days on utter despite of the human race I dumped SAI and started doing my usual quick sketches of this OC for practice in another program, the Clip Studio. I always draw her without any particular reason anyway. then I just pull a couple together here.
So this is basically a excuse to upload some sketches of muh OC :DDD

I almost went full satire/edgy ColdSteel style

First of all, let me say it takes courage, skill and a creative heart for someone to share their work like this... and I respect that deeply. You're definitely an awesome person. Anything I say below refers to the character, not you.

That said, "OC" stands for "original character", right?

So far the most "original" thing about her is... she's left-wing? She insists on wearing an un-fashionable bow?

Pretty much all of this is "she's a regular girl like any other"... and then she got hypno-powers. Yay. -_-

To make a really nice OC out of her, I would recommend you start taking some of these ideas a little further. How has getting mind-control powers changed her life? How does she use them, and what consequences has it led to? How has it changed *her* as a person? Why is she so manipulative, if she's already generally well-liked? What does she get out of being a tease to everybody, and lazily making people cum? If she's a high-school girl, why is she so hypersexual? Has power corrupted her? Was she slutty to begin with? Does her power feed off the love-drunk devotions of others, and get stronger? Has this twisted her into a slutty sociopath? If not, why does she act like one? Does her power affect HER too, without her knowledge?

You're giving us nothing but surface-details and generic stuff that would apply to anybody, and then there's a few details that seem a little bit original, but you haven't really thought them through.

If this is a character, and she's important to you, rather than just an empty doll to get drawn milking people's cocks, then put in some effort to actually think beyond the most superficial details, and get into who she is as a person. Your character, your audience, and any stories that you make with this person will thank you.

Again, meaning no offense to you personally, and hoping this is useful feedback.
