I mean, from the title alone, it'd be foolish to expect anything different.
That being said the protag just looks generic. You can't even see his face, which just proves my point that nobody actually cares what the guy looks like.

It doesn't bother me that you can't see the face, it's a self-insert character any male watching it can be the guy in the story. The issue is how mind control/hypnosis is just an excuse for the sex to occur.

To quote one of the authors at a writing seminar I attended, "There are only so many ways to describe 'insert Tab A into Slot B.'" Mind you, they were describing writing porn. Which is usually why I want to see more of the MC itself, and less of the sex.

It's based on a VN, those protags are generally like that for immersion reasons.
