I believe that's the Sandworm from Monster Girl Encyclopedia, and if thats the case its less vore and more living with the girl inside the wormy exterior

Well, she isn't a sandworm, that's for sure. Sandworm's human body - is. basically, a big soft slimy tongue for keeping male happy and docile...
This girl reminds me of dragons from MGQ. They are practically the same - lisard-gril body inside the mouth of the really big lizard.
