so, apparently in this game Evil Genius, you play a typical bond villain. Mariana Mamba is a sexy secret agent, and to permanently defeat her, you perform plastic surgery, expanding all her proportions - in the game, you do not inject anything into her brain and she is not hypnotized. The artist may be someone called "digitallydeviant", but I haven't yet confirmed

and ya Needle and Syringe seem like it can just be needle I know we use injection for tentacle insertion at least which is pretty different hehe

Game is really grindy and and a pain without cheating in funds, not to mention the weird tech research system, but when all goes well you feel like a bond villain.
Also end game tech is subliminal recreation for your guys as well as a "brainwasher" (pulls the brain out, puts it in a spin cycle, then shoves it back in), one of the win conditions is turning all the world into your minions

Agreed - it's only good if you have a lot of time on your hands to futz around with all the progression systems, but it does give you the feeling of reaching peak Bond villain status if you make it to a win condition ;3

there's also a gangster you can recruit (or start with if you choose the female player character) who has a special that uses a hypnotic stereo, forces the enemy agents to dance
and the subliminal device and Brainwasher can be used to torture enemy agents, rending them witless; after that, you can either escort them out of your base or order them to be taken back to their cell ready for another round
it's a good game and might be on sale right now
