I'm curious about the context here, given whoever is just offscreen seems to be some kind of anthro. Given the proportions of the black-furred dog, possibly some sort of dragon people?

Theres a story in the source

Scotty sat like the good girl she was. She had been a bad girl before her mistress put the collar around her neck; when she had worn clothes, walked on two feet, and had naughtily gone through her mistress' fridge. But Scotty was a good girl now, and her mistress had even told her so when she'd scratched Scotty behind one of her long floppy doggy ears.

"Please Fen, this isn't funny! Take this collar off me, please!!" begged Alo, tears running down her face.

Alo was Scotty's friend, or was she her packmate? Whichever the case was, Alo had also been a bad girl too, even if she had helped mistress take Scotty's clothes off. But mistress was turning Alo into a good girl too, and soon she and Scotty would get to play and go on walkies together! Ooh! And Alo would help her find all of the good foods too! Alo was so good at finding good foods! Or... had she cooked those foods? That didn't make sense to Scotty; pups didn't cook foods, and Alo was a pup like Scotty, even if she didn't have her fur yet, but that didn't last long! Because fur began sprouting from Alo's skin, which made the pup begin to whimper and claw at her collar even harder. Scotty felt bad for her packmate. Like Scotty, she wasn't taking the punishment their mistress was giving them very well. But they both had been bad girls, and they deserved their punishment, so Scotty didn't dare help her packmate, even when Alo begged her to.

"So you'd like me to take off you collar off?" asked mistress as Alo sprouted a large fluffy tail and her hands started turning into paws.

"Yes!" nearly yelled Alo through her elongating muzzle, her husky ears perking up. "I'll do anything, just PLEASE take this off!"

Mistress tapped her lips with one finger thoughtfully; mistress is so thoughtful and smart. "If you strip and sit next to Scotty like a good girl then I'll take off your collar."

Scotty's tongue lolled out as Alo frantically groped and fumbled with her paw-like hands as she ripped her clothes off. Scotty's packmate was looking so much like her true self! Her black tattoos, no, birthmarks (pups don't have tattoos) stood out starkly, especially on her belly. Speaking of her belly, without her shirt on, Alo's two new set of breasts could be clearly seen!

Alo went down on her knees next to Scotty, no longer wearing people clothes, and spoke to mistress."Alo did what you said, Alo is good girl! Will mistress please take off Alo's collar now?" The words having left her mouth, Alo's expression turned surprised and then fearful at her unconscious use of vocabulary, her ears going flat against her head and her long fluffy husky tail going between her legs.

"Don't worry, I'm going to take yours off" said mistress with a smile, which made Scotty's tail wag as her mistress came up to Scotty... and removed her collar.

Scotty cocked her head at looked at her mistress and then her packmate. She was confused; was this a game?

"But I didn't say *when* I'd take it off."

Scotty cocked her head again as Alo began to cry, her muzzle becoming more prominent by the second as mistress put Scotty's shining collar back on then left to go grab something. "Don't worry Alo, you're going to enjoy being a good dog."

"N-no! Please get it off!" begged Alo with a whine. "I'm n- I'm not a d-dog!" This made mistress laugh as she came back carrying two leashes in her fist, the sight of which made Scotty start wagging even harder.

It was time for walkies!

"B-but I'm a person, not a dog!" whined Alo as mistress clicked the leash onto Scotty's collar. "I'm a person! I'm a... person! Alo is a-!"

Thats apperantly because this is the 4th in a series of images, but I cant seem to find the rest myself!
