Here's a story for context. Cream was given a special pair of pantyhose by her mother, Vanilla, it wasn't too long upon wearing them that Cream felt lightheaded. The texture felt soothing on her feet and legs, and soon enough she felt compelled much like mother to share this feeling with everyone. Tails was apprehensive to wear pantyhose, but he did not have much of a choice, and he too could not resist them for very long. He won't be needing his shoes anymore.
