Well, I wasn't so much asking if the scouter was unique, but rather more generally, if we are supposed to tag copyright tags for objects (and maybe settings) rather than just for characters/the appearance of characters(so cosplays and such). I think most people searching for "dragonball" would expect to see at least one dragonball character involved. Not trying to argue that this reasoning is definitely right, just explaining the thought process behind asking.
