Can't you literally just make a second discord account? Fairly sure I have two, as well.
But then the problem becomes being on both at once...or suspiciously absent on my main. <_<;
Use your browser for one account and the installed windows app for another account. I use a separate account on chrome for my lewd stuff too so it's easier to manage.

That's because I'm not familiar with teamspeak. :P
That and this discord already existed for some time and was popular, while our IRC basically saw no use anymore.
