Seconded.

Those comics also have consistently good and adorable art. Not the only time one got hypno'd and its the series that gave us canon loli-venom, so thats a plus.

OMG YES THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I EVER HEARD ABOUT HYPNOSIS WHEN I WAS JUST A KID THANK YOU

Further context, apparently these kids are somehow friends with the x-men, and they go to the circus. the ringleader, who is the most stereotypical villain ever(moustache, hat with a spiral on it[that's actually what hypnotizes people], etc.) hypnotizes (most of) the audience, including nightcrawler(the blue guy), and they have to beat him and snap everyone out of it. (and yes, he did leave some triggers.)
