Sleepyhead jumps on anything they can possibly consider hypno. One could make the argument this is age regression, even though, as you say, it's not.

The character looks like she has subtle spiral eyes with the light blue rings in her eyes so Its easy to make the mistake of assuming it is a hypno pic.

That eye ring thing is pretty much a signature of every Danganronpa character's design.
