It's not consensual but it definitely feels like it, because she wasn't apparently forced to like it. If this continued I could see it going into that territory. "Hey, could you hypnotize me again? I had a lot of fun last time!"

Well if you want to be 100% safe, you could try to contact the artist directly and ask for their permission =P Failing that, it's recommended that you add a source (which you did) and tag the artist as well in the picture.
The english seems fine at a glance to me =D One suggestion I have for future manips would be to change the text background, the bright purple is sort of hard on the eyes.
