The QCC being down members will probably be judged badly, based on what I've seen of others' opinions of you. On one hand, it's as you said, less people means less time for the yay/nay process. On the other hand, less people also means less input. Maybe list the people still part of the QCC so we know who's making the calls.

"No evidence of corruption beyond their presence" what does this mean exactly? Like, corruption that doesn't produce visually apparent effects doesn't count (Such as a character just grinning evilly, but otherwise looking normal), or does it mean that a character with a corrupt design (darker colors, paler skin, etc than normal) is not enough to qualify as MC?
