Not sure, but she kind of looks like Leaf, a.k.a. Blue, a.k.a. Green, a.k.a. Female player character from Fire Red/Leaf Green, a.k.a. How many god damn names does a single character need???

Originally named Blue after the third version of Gen 1, due to the fact Gen 1 was released as Red/Blue in the West instead of Red/Green then Blue, her name was changed to Green, and the name "Blue" was instead given to the character who was named "Green".

Leaf is the name of the Female PC in FR/LG, however the Female PC is NOT the same character as Blue. Blue and Leaf both had their character design based on concept art of a Female PC from Red and Green.
