If you think this isn't MC, Shiranui is using his "domination" skill(cardfight.wikia.com/wiki/Domination ), that allows him to control any card. The glowing red eyes on nightrose are the proof, Usually the artist draws Nightrose in this way i.pximg.net/img-original/.../22/10/08/63339534_p0.jpg without the red eyes.

The image itself I still find kinda spotty on its own (I wouldn't see this as MC immediately on any other sites), but I'm not going to remove it myself as I'm sure the context is fitting enough.
