Why? I like him, and it's clearly not breaking any rules. If Volpina is allowed just because she has a butterfly effect on her face, so should Mr. Pigeon.

The butterfly effect is an overt sign of the corrupting influence, it's a far cry from the sort of tenuously related content that prompted a rule amendment.
If it actually relates to his corruption, by all means, fair game. If it's the same sort of stuff that was posted of him previously, the result will be the same as before.
