Yes, they're not very good, but she should still be considered a distinct character for tagging purposes.

Well? Then it's a good thing she isn't one. Her name is Mari and she is created by somebody from Deviantart by the name of SYFYNUT and her harem outfit was made by hypnotica2002 who are both fans of Kaa, like myself.

What do you mean she isn't a derivative character? She's literally Shanti with longer hair. The first pics of her on dA are literally edited screenshots of The Jungle Book 2. That's pretty much the definition of derivative.
