I disagree. I think Scathach is better, though Nero's basis's older version, Artoria Lancer (Artoria if she had used her spear mainly rather than using her sword, so she ended up aging and having a mature body), I think edges out Scathach ever so slightly. I think.

Lancer Artoria's growth was because of A) not having her scabbard that halted her aging and B) Rhongomyniad has so much raw mana that it made parts of her anatomy "exceed" limits.

I don't know if the mana let her body "exceed limits", FGO doesn't say anything about that, (though she is noted to be have spiritual evolved to be more like a Goddess rather than a human (only spiritually, though) due to the spear), but yes, I should've said it was the scabbard, Avalon, rather than her (second) sword, Excalibur, that halted her body's aging and thus maturing. Though, if she is using Excalibur in battle, she would obviously have the scabbard as well.

You want a Fate character with MC powers? Look no further than the humble Assassin, Mata Hari. She has a Noble Phantasm that allows her to mass-MC even Servants, and only Berserkers and Servants with some form of Mental Protection are totally immune. Servants could potentially resist, but if they fail to resist even once, then they will have an even harder time resisting future uses of the Noble Phantasm, while under the effects they are basically little more than a puppet, and they will have no memories of what happened, even after the Noble Phantasm wears off.

Personally, I think that makes Mata Hari a pretty damn scary Servant, even if she can't fight herself, since she can just make others fight for her.
