That stuffing tube looks like a very bendy cock to me, well, I hope this poor guy is homosexual, otherwise this transformation would be twice as horrible for him. I swear I ain't a homophobe. This image really reminds me of that scene with lampwick from pinocchio where he becomes a literal ass for being a metaphorical ass, which is probably one of the scariest scenes in a disney movie for me.
