It looks like a black-filled, two-dimensional circle that's larger than the navel, thus thinking it was censorship, as opposed to jewelry. At closer look, there is attempt at making it 3-dimensional and putting a "shine" on it, but it doesn't look like that at a glance. Dunno how to prevent it from being seen that way in future artwork, though.
