From artist: Whenever the girls defeat a villain, WHOOP confiscates all their evil creations and keeps them stored away.....but, what if the villain planned it that way? stored away inside the WHOOP research laboratory, a container of Dr Malestro's Nono-bot infused sludge breaks free from its container and leaks its way out from under the door just as Sam, Alex, and Clover are walking by to go home, It springs forth and begins coating its way up Sam's leg, Sam and Clover try to help their friend but all they accomplish is spreading it onto themselves as the gooey substance rearranges their DNA, turning them into Effeminate boys made out of rubber.

Alex is the first one to have her entire body consumed as the black goo coats over her brain and begins redirecting electrical signals, Alex is still her deep inside but she has not control over her body as a AI program takes command and helps spread Sam and Clovers, Eventually they too become mere puppets for Malestro's plan as they begin roaming the halls and infecting every whoop agent they can find until everyone in the building is at his command, a strange order is given to the Warden of WHOOP's prison, transfusing Dr. Malestro directly to WHOOP head quarters, after the guards are converted they are sent back to the prison to begin infect it as well, soon Malestro will have a whole army of Super Agents and Super Villains to spread his vision of human perfection across the planet, while our the former heroines kneel at his side as his personal guards/ arm candy, all the while Sam, Alex, and Clover struggle in vain to regain control of their bodies, but its no use, their completely helpless, just Shiny dolls awaiting orders. the end.

completely my opinion but i think what would make this drawing better is if Sam came from the pure pleasure of being taken over by the oily substance.
