Ganguro is to have a dark tan and contrasting makeup.
"Wakarimasen" means "I don't know"
"nani ga okotte iru nodesu ka?" means "What's wrong?"
"Nanite kotoda! Watashi wa ima totemo kawaiidesu! watashi wa ikutsu ka no tanoshimi o motte iku tsumoridesu!" means something like "What is it? I'm cute now! I will bring you pleasure!"

But don't hold me to that, I don't speak Japanese and am working off google translate (possibly the worst thing to use). But it sounds about right. If someone can confirm and add translation, that'd be great.
