It's actually based on the Agent Aiko anime. Can't tell you more than that since I commissioned it with a friend and my friend knows a lot more about it than me.

I don't know that much but the fact that Aika, the main character, fight Delmos for some reason. The delmos wear the dresses that Celestia ad Vinyl wear

I don't know which character is which but i feel that the women in the white outfit having spiral eyes kinda ruins this picture.
